9) What is the return policy?
The return policies of the products you purchase are dependent on the specific retail partner from whom you are making your online purchase. Although HealthPricer provides you with the tool to comparison shop, your purchases will be made directly through the company offering the product online.
10) If I have a problem with the products I’ve ordered, will HealthPricer help me resolve it?

HealthPricer partners with leaders and specialists in the online healthcare market. We want to do everything we can to help you make informed decisions about online purchases that concern your health and wellness. In order to help ensure you have all the information you need, we have created a rating system to evaluate each of our partner merchants.
A point is awarded for every criterion that is met. Points are allotted on the following criteria:
- Security certifications
- Payment options
- Online order tracking
- Customer service
- Shipping policy
- Contact information
Based on the total points, we award a star rating for each store, with the more stars the better.
13) Is HealthPricer really free to use?
Yes, it is absolutely free. There is no cost to you the consumer for using this service. Once you have chosen which one of our retailers you’d like to purchase from, you will be redirected to their website, where you will complete your transaction.
14) I’ve typed the name of the product into your search & I get no results? What can I do?
Try broadening your search. If you are looking for a specific brand-name of product, you might want to try just typing in the type of product instead. Remember, you can begin your search by brand, ingredient, or category. You can also target your search by specifying whether the product you are looking for is a capsule, tablet or liquid. Alternately, you can narrow down your search by using our search filters.
