   This product is excellent and I swear by it!! I cannot seem to find it on the shelves anywhere so I buy it here in bulk. I got my nose pierced and I cant say how many times a day I use this product both for its cleansing properties and soothing relief of pain with the menthol. It is a heaven sent product especially for those stuffy nose days when you are fighting a cold. Also, its also wonderful for airplane rides if you tend to dry out like I do; all you need is a very quick relief from this product. I recommend no product more than I do this one!Source: Drugstore.com

   I am a faithful user and believer of saline sprays and this is the best one. The menthol and eucalyptus makes this soothing and helps open airways. I was so disappointed when the local drugstores stopped stocking this. I can't imagine why. Thank goodness for drugstore.com.Source: Drugstore.com

   I started using this product almost 10 years ago; I use it once in the morning and once at night. Amazing product, I too like everyone else can no longer find it in ANY of my local drugstores, thus I typically buy 4 boxes from durgstore.com and they last about year. I am a sinus and migraine sufferer who had surgery on my sinuses and this was the only thing that made me feel "clean" in the nose area. Its not harsh and I think if you just squeeze the bottle hard enough you get enough into your nose. ENJOY!Source: Drugstore.com

   I too have had problems finding this product on the shelf. Frankly I think it's because there are new products coming out and companies wanted to make room for these items and so this item was squeezed out. I was hooked on another nasal product for 9 years! After weaning myself off and eventually going in for surgery to fix the damage (I could have just as well been using cocaine), this product and Ocean Spray saved me. My doctors say that this is a great product for nasal congestion, allergies and the usual dry sinuses. I hope that this product is always available since it is the only saline based spray with the Eucalyptol & Menthol. Thanks Bristol-Myers!Source: Drugstore.com

   A genuinely excellent product for sinuses and year round use regardless of suffrage. I am unlucky though, I live in one of the worst regions for allergies. North Texas hosts Ragweed & Mountain Cedar to start. Not being able to find this on shelves anywhere I resorted to stretching the last bottle by Ocean dilution and truly hope 4-way will continue its manufacture, despite reasons have been pulled from retailers.    I have nighttime congestion and do not like using decongestants, because they tend to make me restless. Unlike typical saline nasal sprays it doesn't have that 'fresh from the bay' taste. The moisturizers keep my nasal passages from cracking and keep my nares very happy. A++ product, I have reccomended this product to many of my customers!Source: Drugstore.com

   Faithful user of this product for at least 5-6 years. The saline/glycerine moisturizes; the eucalyptus clears up stuffiness without rebound or addiction issues.    I have been using this product for at least 5 years if not more. For some odd reason the drug stores have opted not to carry this product anymore- their loss, but thank goodness for on line drug stores! This is the only thing that keeps me from having sinus headaches.Source: Drugstore.com

    I have used many brands of saline spray starting with the original "Ocean" and lots of others but this brand seems to be more effective than any other. One of the ingredients in 4 Way Saline Moisturizing Mist is glycerin and I think that makes a huge difference. I found this product once on vacation out of state several months ago. I tried to find it every place in my fair city of a half a million and none to found. I find that hard to believe. Thanks to drugstore.com I order several at a time.
