I placed an order to be shipped as a gift on 28 June. Received a confirmation of the "shipping status" of all the items. 1 of the items was not mailed out until July 5 (7 days later) and the other 2 items were not mailed until July 10. NO notice of this delay and I got no reply to a direct email complaint sent twice. Had to send it via the web site to customer service. A very lukewarm apology w/ a lot of excuses for the incompentence and lack of communication. Unless you can not find it elsewhere, I would not recommend this company.

Don't know about customer service as I have never had to call. What I have found is that Web Vitamins offers a more complete selection so I have less trouble finding most everything I am looking for. I did have a bit of a problem on trying to figure out how to make things a FAVORITE so I can order faster next time. I will have to figure that one out.

While their prices are great, their customer service is terrible. I received a confimation email letting me know my items had shipped, but 1 of the 4 items ordered was missing. I immediately sent an inquiry to customer service. I received a completely nonsensical answer that quite obviously automatically generated. The item was back ordered and eventually shipped, though neither cs or their website indicated this. Of the 3 of 4 items that shipped correctly, one had water damage, and another had different ingredients than those that were listed their website. I would be very wary when ordering, personally, I will not use them again. -Matt

I received supplements that were expiring too soon and came from a really old stock. When I called to resolve this and exchange for a fresher stock, I was told that they would not do it as it was not expired. I have switched to other sellers that sell the most currently manufactured products. Not only that, I have now discovered lower prices too.
