Before ordering from this company I would seriously consider ordering the product of your choice WELL in advance. I have used this company three times to order gifts for my wife. The first time, it was delivered on time. The second time I ordered something from them it was for my wife's Birthday and I put in the order a week in advance but it never got there. They were so apologetic and even sent us a small gift to make up for this (actually, it was just another one of their samples... yeah that made up for the empty hand on the day of the birthday. I thought that since they attempted to make it up and sounded genuine, I would chalk it up to a mistake and order from them again in the future. This time, once again for my wife's birthday, I placed an order and needed it delivered overnight (it was Friday and her birthday was on Sunday.) The owner, Lisa, assured me that it would be there in time. Saturday came and there was no delivery. When I called FedEx they said,"the sender did not mark the package for a Saturday delivery." B-Glowing is closed on the weekend so there was no one there to field any questions or complaints, but I was able to leave a message (at least you have that option.) with my number to contact me. Come Monday I didn't receive a call from them. I had to call them on my dime. Lisa answered and immediately started apologizing (I think that's what it was) explaining "I forgot to tell you that we never do Saturday deliveries" You forgot? Gee, I would think that it would be something worth telling me, knowing that I was pressed to have it by Sunday. I guess that she didn't want to lose the sale. She asked me if I wanted to return the product, and when I said I didn't she refunded me the shipping... shipping would have been free anyway for the amount that I spent. And, that was it. Some half-a&*ed apology and a refund for something that should have been free. Did I get the product? Yes. Is my wife happy with it? I'm sure she will love it. The people at B-Glowing seem to come off as very caring people that are willing to do what they can to keep you happy. The truth is, they will do anything to get the sale; even lie. They have proven to be incompetent at sending their items within the time that they promise (remember, they did this to me twice) and in the end, their business practice is not worth the stress. Do yourself the favor of going elsewhere. Other companies carry the same items and at the same prices. If you are in no rush to get the product you are looking for, and they are the only option for it then so be it. But, take everything they say at face value. (Remember, Anything For The Sale.) If you do, don't say I didn't warn you.
