Terrible rude service, I will never order from them again. When trying to order the customer service lady hung up on me mid sentence for no reason. Then products were late and they wouldn't respond to inquiries nor pick up the phone period.

I no longer shop at Vitamin Shoppe. Every time I go to the store, they are out of what I need, or they have only one left. When I would go back weeks later, they would still be out. Customer service is terrible. I would rather pay a couple of dollars more somewhere else & find the products in stock, or be able to return them if there is a problems.

As a gift, VS shipped my sister the 2lb canister of Solgar. I ordered "plain"- she received "chocolate". She spoke with a VS customer service rep- who informed her that she had a "50/50%" chance of receiving the correct product- She requested that they send the merchandise again. Once again, she received "chocolate protein powder"- she called again- the VS rep said nothing more could be done. She could send back the product and my credit card would be refunded. I called VS to discuss the situation and requested to speak with a supervisor- that was two days ago. Still have not heard from VS. Because of this exceptionally poor customer service department- they have lost a long time customer "for good". VS Order #: W09150784

It shouldn't take a week to find out that an item is backordered! Furthermore, no indication was given when the item would be available. No tracking information on the rest of the order was ever given AND there is no way to check online on the status of an order. These people still live in the 6-8 week delivery age and snail mail!

There service over all is in a downward spiral since they have decided to rapidly expand there store presence. Ordering is harder. Out of stock items are more prevalent. Customer service is down. In short, they have grown to big for there own good. I will be shopping elsewhere if they dont complete my 26 day old order real soon.

I placed my order a week ago. When I try and check the status of my order on the VS web site, it says my order is open. I emailed customer service 4 days later to check the status, and never even received a reply. I called yesterday, and got an automated response saying that my order was in process. I order a lot of things online, and this is probably the worst experience, I've ever had!!

THey just lost a customer... This site has no easy to find continuation after you fill out your account/billing information... I filled in the new account several times and not have lost patients with your system. I was referred by a friend but do not have patients for this unfriendly site. I cansled my order... At least there is a "SUBMIT" on this page...

I ordered a product and asked for next day shipping.I got charged for next day shipping but hereit is almost a week later and Ido not have my products. I would prefer it if you could select a brand and then have a complete list of only that brand's products. It takes too long to search a 73 page list with all the differnet brands' offerings for that product. Also if there are a number of pages to sift through have it so that you could go to a particular page rather than just have next and previous. I have not had much experience with customer service in my many years and much money ordering from this site but the complaints about customer service from others sound very serious and ought to be taken very seriously by the management. This is a very competative business

I have had diffilculty ordering on line. I have odered items via personel checks and my Protein Bars and Atkins Bars have arrived in a melted state of condition. The Vitamins arrived in good condition. I have been a good customer, but will go back to Swansons Vitamins.I know this will go no where, but it made me feel better.

Be careful of magic price changes during the checkout process - bait-and-switch happened to me! I chose 'use credit card info for this order only' yet they still retained my card # and details in their system against my wishes. Prices seem good but only if you can actually get those prices and receive your order. Not worth my time.

I requested overnight delivery and paid $40 for it. Hovewer, my order took 2 weeks to received. My request to talk to manager or superviser was declined. I was leaving to Europe without my medication thanks to this company. Very unpleasent situation, poor customer service. Be carefull with shipping charges!!!
