Did a review on their website of a product that was absolutely horrible. Months later review never showed up under item. Emailed them twice about situation, never received a reply. Also had a 2 week delay in one of my orders. Most of the time they come quickly.

I have been a loyal customer since Vitacost opened for business but I have now become very dissapointed at its customer services and shipping delays. The customer service representatives I talked to were unconcerned. In one case, I asked to speak to a manager about my order and to my surprise, the manager was defensive, argrumentative and rude. It's sad to see a company manager, who was given the power to represent the company, refused to admit mistakes and simply say "sorry".

They frequently sell things that are apparently out-of-stock in excess of 30 days! I ordered 3 items with next day shipping only to find a out a week later that 2 were still out of stock, so after calling them, they wouldn't cancel the 3rd item, and so charged my $5 to ship an $8 item a week late! Unbelievable pain and effort, they let me down and wouldn't do anything to make it right. Don't order online here, because you won't know if your items are in-stock, and they'll hold up the whole order indefinitely.

I order from them all the time and their prices and selection are fantastic. Never had a problem with website, products or delivery. The people complaining about clicking on a link after purchasing for free shipping or discounts and being charged should read the information presented in its entirety before submitting. Lots of companies use this service.

Vitacost.com has good prices and an efficient delivery system, but simply by clicking a link for additional savings I would have been charged monthly for a Dealpass membership. I will call customer service regarding this problem.

Just had one of the rudest customer service people there. What happened was that they shipped the wrong product to the right address. Their mistake, my inconvenience. Instead of appologizing and EMPATHIZING, I got a rude woman who talked back to me and was patronizing. They wanted me to do all this extra stuff because of their mistake. Not my job, thank you. In all fairness, the next person I spoke with was very polite and went out of his way to help, but I will shop somewhere else after that first woman, and the level of rudeness she had.

Buyer Beware! The Vitacost.com web site shows that my order was sent and my credit card has been charged, yet I have received nothing!!! I ordered items and two weeks I checked their web site and it showed the order had shipped UPS. I waited a few more days and finally had to call only to find out that they did not ship anything. Customer service was non-existent and extremely rude! They had no idea why nothing was sent. They told me that TWO? emails had been sent but could not tell me what those emails said. I never received these emails. Based on this order, I will never purchase anything from Vitacost.com again. I would strongly recommend that you also avoid Vitacost.com. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are investigating the erroneous charge.

Great prices, but on principle I can no longer shop there since they passed my credit card number to another company. Just by clicking a link I was sent to WLI reservations and duped into subscribing to their program at $10/month. It is unconscionable that Vitacost would share a customer's credit card number with another company.
