I have used Jan Drugs for lots of years now. I have an eye problem, and need Muro 128 eye ointment every night in both eyes. It is easy to order, and they are very helpful. It comes in the mail, in a timely matter, and I am a very satisfied customer!!! I highly recommend them!

Jandrugs is a total life saver for me. I am paying half of what I would pay if I filled my prescription here in the U.S. My medicine comes to me within a week every time and I am notified by phone and e-mail when they receive my presciption and when it was mailed. Awesome service!!!

It is such a help to me that Jan Drugs offers a medication that helps me immensely but can no longer acquire in the United States. When I have called to ask questions or to confirm a prescription refill, they have been so polite and helpful--so pleasant to deal with. Service is great, as are the prices. This is the second Canadian Pharmacy that I have used. I was terribly dissapointed in my first, but since changing to Jan Drugs, I can't say enough. I didn't answer #2 as I don't use the online ordering process. Delivery is excellent except the occasional customs hold-up from Fiji shipments. It would be nice if all the drugs came from Canada. Another plus would be the shipment of controlled substances. I take quite a lot of pain medication and have to purchase it locally.

I could not afford this needed medication if I had to buy it elseware They have recently taken my medication off their web site because is it a US controlled substance, but I can still order by telephone.

I called several times while they were waiting to receive my prescription from another phamacy (alas American pharmacies are not quite up to par with Jan Drugs!) and they were very helpful and patient. When they finally received the prescription they immediately emailed me. I receive hundreds of spam email from 'canadian pharmacies' but I think they are probably scams.

They are professional in every way: people I spoke with on the phone and email replies were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I received my drugs before I expected them, even though shipment was "held up" due to a holiday backlog (as I was informed). The price came in even lower than quoted! Jan Drugs didn't miss a beat! I pretty much do everything online, but Jan Drugs orders are even easier by phone! You place the call, they look you up in their system, order your meds, give you the order # and you're done. I am impressed that a pharmascist phoned me after I placed my first order to answer questions and medical history review. I can email or phone the pharmacist with questions anytime. I have gotten great service and a huge cost savings.
