I order contacts from Coastal Contacts online. I receive my contacts. Then a month later I received another box of contacts that I did not order. I called the customer service department explain to them about the order she told me to send them back. I send them back now my life is a nightnare I recieve a letter from them that I owe them $62.00. I called them again nothing was done. Then Corey from the credit & risk department of Coastal Contacts send me letters that they was going to put in our credit report and that it would affect our credit. I have e-mail Corey, called him left messages on his voice mail. He has not once contacted me back but he keeps sending me letters. The last letter stated that I only have five days to pay for these contacts before they put it on my credit file. I will never order anything from this company again. I am still fighting with them about these charges. They have to have the return package in their department somewhere. I would like to rate them as the worse company.

I bought lenses from these guys about a month ago and everything went smoothly. After reading about some of the return issues listed here, I asked about it and they said that they would take the return no problem. Maybe they have had a policy change in the last little while? The price was fantastic, customer service was pleasant and the shipping speed was amazing. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

I ordered a flexible wear lens and received a daily wear lens in the flex wear vial. To get replacement lens I would need to have them classified "defective" as instructed by a CoastalContacts customer service representative. This would involve another costly visit to doctors office. This will cost me more than to buy a new lens with a DIFFERENT company as I will not deal with CoastalContacts again.

Before placing my order online, I telephoned them, and asked if they really did verify our prescriptions. They said, "we certainly do." When I recieved my lenses, just a couple of days late, I noticed I couldn't see quite as clearly as with the ones purchased from the vision doc. They filled the prescription as I had read it to them, but if they had verified it, they would have found that I had misread the prescription - just as I discovered when I rechecked my RX. Resolution - no returns. I had to toss them. Never again will this company deceive me.

Terrible. Ordered contacts and paid $20 for overnite delivery and didn't come for over a week. No notification by the company saying they would be late. Don't pay here.

Have never received my order. Kept being told to keep waiting. First it was wait 3-5 working days, then wait 10 days and then told to just keep waiting. Have asked for a refund and was told it would be done in 2-3 working days. Still don't have refund and can't get a reply from them. Terrible company.

Placed $200.00 order and they didn't "have in stock" except they neglected to tell me until I followed up on order--said "out of stock"but had been paid for. Never let me know. Got order several weeks after placed and ONLY after I called them.

They charge an additional $7.95 for handling. It is deceiving because the charge is not shown on the web page. Although it is in the subtotal but the handling charge does not reveal itself until you click the buy button.
