When the perscription arrived, it was incorrect. I had asked TWICE when ordering the product if the inhaler I ordered had a dosage counter on it. The representative who took my order was named 'Batul', she affirmed TWICE that the package had a dosage counter. In fact when I received the product, it did not. This customer service person gave me incorrect information TWICE. It's unforunate that this company is selling prescription drugs through misinformed sales people.

Ordered over two months ago - they delayed every step of the way, sitting on the order for a week before attempting to even fill it. Then, said it would be two weeks for delivery, as it had to be shipped from England. Now, after 3 weeks, apparently the product is "lost in the mail", and they want me to wait another week for a USPS trace to be put on the delivery. Presumably, if they find the product, they'll reroute it to me. That seems quite unlikely, however. Apparently they are not willing to re-ship, and even if they did, I'd have another 2-3 weeks to wait. This is my first - and only - order. I don't know how anyone can order from a company that takes so long to deliver the product. And, at this point, I'm not sure that I'll EVER receive what I ordered. They do have a good online ordering system and reasonably good phone support, but the main thing - delivering the order - has been quite unsatisfactory for me.

My order was delivered very fast. A representative called me several times to make sure I mailed my prescription so I would get my order fast.

Good price on Humalog from canpharm.com, but totally unreliable regarding delivery and sorely lacking in communication when there is a problem. I am finally switching to a different online pharmacy, even though I will have to pay more, because canpharm has left me hanging without my medication too many times.

The Use By date had already expired when I received the item. I called their Customer service and explained the problem. I was told that someone in the shipping department would contact me within 24 hours -- it has now been over a week - no replu. I also asked if they could contact me via email rather than telephone and was told that was not possible. I sent two emails and have yet to receive a reply.

I am more than satisified with Canpharm. It was very easy to order my blood pressure medicine. The price was affordable for me and my medicine was delivered much faster than I thought it would be. When I called to ask some questions about the medicine, company and delivery, I spoke to a very nice person who answered all my questions. I felt releived and knew I could trust them in handling my perscription properly. What a relief it is to know I can order my medicine for a great price and know I can talk to a pharmacist at anytime. Thank You!
