Once we receive your complete order package (Form A, Form B, Form C and Prescription), we can fill and ship your prescriptions. The entire process may take approximately up to 21 days. This includes the 7 to 10 days for shipping.
To make sure there is no delay, please place your orders at least 30 days in advance when you need your medications.

Return Policy:
As stated by the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association, it is illegal to restock medications that have been returned. Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy will, however, issue refunds to customers who can provide a satisfactory reason for the cancellation and or return of an order.

If the customer cancels the order with legitimate reason(s) and the order is still at Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy, a full refund will be made.
Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy will issue refunds when:
- A shipping error was made by Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy which resulted in delays
- Medications covered by shipping insurance (1% of order value) that become lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy will not issue refunds if:
- The customer decides to cancel order after order has been shipped
- The customer refuses the order due to delays imposed by customs
- Customer refuses order upon delivery
- Customer error (i.e. the customer ordered the wrong medication, etc)
If the customer cancels the order with legitimate reason(s) and the order is still at Rxcc Rx Care Canada Pharmacy, a full refund will be made.
