We pride ourselves on our high quality of customer service and order fulfillment. All of our orders are shipped either by U.S.P.S or FedEx. Most orders are processed and are ready to ship within 48-hours and should arrive within three to five business days after shipment.
Return Policy:
Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded. In addition if within 30 days of order date the product is found unsatisfactory, unopened boxes or glass vials of lenses can be returned for a full refund. Custom Lenses, including novelty and made-to-order lenses, can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged. A $2.50 fee will apply to each return processed. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
