A handling surcharge of up to 7.75% may be applied to your order. This charge will be included in all totals displayed throughout the ordering process, and is due to the fact that Coastal Contacts' distribution partners have recently increased their charges by as much as 20%. Coastal Contacts will continue to absorb as much of this increased cost as possible in order to continue to provide our customers with the lowest possible prices.

Return Policy:
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened boxes or vials that are in original condition purchased from Coastal Contacts for a store credit or refund. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive your unopened boxes or vials, we will promptly exchange your product or issue a store credit (less shipping charges). Coastal Contacts will accept sunglasses returned within 30 days of ordering. They must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. The cost of shipping sunglasses back will be covered by the buyer.
When Returning Items: We know it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item so we make it easy. Simply complete our Coastal Contacts Return and Exchange form.
