All orders are shipped by registered, insured mail. We offer free shipping on your first purchase. After that, the price of shipping is $9.95 regardless of the number of medications, size or weight of the package.
Once we have received your order, it will be reviewed by our qualified staff, and you will receive a telephone confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 72 hours (excluding weekends) please note that we may not have received your order. We attempt to have your prescriptions filled for you within three to seven business days from the day your completed information is received, provided your forms are complete and accurate.
Please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery from the time you receive a telephone confirmation of your order. If you require your medications quickly, please purchase them locally and plan your future purchases with greater lead time. You also have the option of viewing the status of your order by logging in and tracking your package.

Return Policy:
Orders can be cancelled up to the date they are shipped. Credits for orders will be issued less a $10 stocking charge per medication.
All medications that have been dispensed and shipped are not returnable. Due to the BC College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1) once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason.
