  1. Excellent Posted by Eve on May 10, 2008

Excellent! Athens, Greece is a very dry city, but even in August I didn't feel like wearing any contacts at all. Great material. The only problem as that I rub my eyes all the time forgetting that I have them on. I must have lost more that 10 couples doing that.Source: AC Lens

  2. You will now feel EVEN better Posted by Ionizer on May 10, 2008

I've been wearing contacts for over 15 years. I of course started with those ones you wore once a year and cleaned and disinfected. Eventually I went to the 2 week lenses. I found with 2 week lenses as time went on, I could barely even make it 2 weeks. Then it got worse and I could only make it to 1 week. So I eventually switched to one day contacts. However, after a while, the doctors started saying my eyes were not getting enough oxygen and my blood vessels were expanding, etc. Unfortunately these contact lenses were not out at the time this happened. They told me I would have to wear my lenses less otherwise I might not be able to wear them at all eventually. So I started taking them out earlier in the day, not wearing them sunday, etc. Then one day to my surprise, my doctor told me about these. These are BY FAR the single most comfortable lens I've ever worn. They put up well with allergy season, dry cold air, etc. My eyes no longer get red and scratchy and easily irritated 6 hours in. I can put these things in at 10am and go until midnight and not even have an issue. Also, I'd like to personally recommend my method of putting your contacts in, in the morning: #1 Never put them in as soon as you wake up, you got so much junk in your eyes its best to wait a little bit. If you can put them in WHEN you get to work, that's great. #2 put the contact in your eye, blink a few times, put the other contact in, blink. then take out the first contact, rinse it again and you'll see a lot of film that normally would have been in your eye. Rinse it off and put it back in your eye. You will now feel EVEN better. Repeat this with the other eye. My ONLY problem with this contact is that I just went from -6.00 to -6.25, but this lens only comes in half steps after -6.00 so I have to jump to -6.50. I didn't order from aclens, but based on the low prices I probably will in the future. Hope the -6.50 don't give me a headache!Source: AC Lens

  3. I thought it was all just… Posted by anonymous on Aug 21, 2008

I thought it was all just marketing, but I really feel the difference. I put a regular Acuvue in one eye and a moist lens in the other and the moist won!Source: AC Lens

  4. I thought I still had glasses on Posted by anonymous on May 10, 2008

I have been waring focus dalies off and on for a number of years, after a few hours they start to hurt. After 12 hours, with the acuvue moist, I could not feel a thing. I thought I still had glasses on. They may cost more, but eye comfort is everything to me.Source: AC Lens

  5. Boy was I mistaken Posted by Andy G on May 10, 2008

I have worn 1-day Acuvue for several years, and was skeptical that the new Moist variety would truly be an improvement. Boy was I mistaken. These lenses are comfortable 16 hours a day, no problem at all.Source: AC Lens
